Egg Nog

Egg Nog — Carol, (My Friend Betty’s Sister)

2 eggs, well beaten
1 (15 oz)sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 quart milk
1/2 c. Heavy whip cream, whipped
½-1 Ts nutmeg
1 c. Brandy, optional

Beat the eggs. Beat into it the condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Beat in the milk. Fold in the whipping cream and add nutmeg to taste. Add 1 cup brandy if desired.
